Catering for crowds

This is the mainstay of my business, and, because of my suppliers, I tend not to cater for occasions over 100 people, but do get in touch to discuss your event. I like relaxed, family-style eating where my team bring colour-filled, sharing dishes to the table to eat and celebrate together.

Each of these groupings is a stand-alone menu with dishes working together, each full of flavour, colour and texture. I feel that it works well to have canapés or informal bites whilst gathering for drinks, followed by one of the main menus and a dessert. I can always accommodate those with dietary requirements.
